- Cookies/local storage for session management, preferences, and analytics.
We do not collect sensitive categories (e.g., government IDs) unless explicitly required and clearly explained.
How we use your data
- Generate job-role suggestions matched to your skills and learning goals.
- Personalize content such as recommended roadmaps or learning resources.
- Improve the service by analyzing aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
- Security and abuse prevention, including rate limiting and fraud detection.
- Communications about updates, tips, and changes to this policy (opt-out any time).

- Consent for optional analytics, marketing emails, or saving your skill profile.
- Contract to provide the NebulaLearn service you request.

Sharing & third parties
We share data only with providers who help us run NebulaLearn. Examples include:

- Analytics to understand product usage and improve features.

These providers are bound by contracts and may only process data as instructed by NebulaLearn.
Data retention
- Skill inputs tied to your account are kept until you delete them or close your account.
- Anonymous analytics may be kept for trend analysis.
- We keep logs for a limited time for security and debugging, then delete or anonymize them.
Your controls & rights
- Access, correct, or delete your profile and saved skills.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Opt out of marketing emails directly from any email footer.
- Withdraw consent for analytics or saved profiles in your settings (if available) or by contacting us.
